How much water do you drink every day? The answer for most of us is “not enough”.  If you think about it, the human body is about 75% water and 25% solid matter.  Please note, it is NOT 75% Mountain Dew, coffee, tea, beer, juice or other liquid of choice; it is 75% WATER. It truly makes sense to believe that if we properly hydrate our bodies, they will be more likely to work properly.  Every day you lose 2 – 3 quarts of water through normal body functions such as perspiration and breathing.  In his book, Water: For Health, for Healing, for Life: You’re Not Sick, You’re Thirsty!, Dr. F.
